Amna Fazillah binti Ismail

Amna Fazillah binti Ismail, she holds a Syariah (law) degree from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Her areas of study were Islamic Law of Inheritance, Islamic Legal System, Islamic Law of Family, Law of Property, Law of Contract, Probate and the Law of Succession, Usul al Fiqh, Qawaid Fiqh, Fiqh Muamalat and Evidence and Procedure of Syariah Court. She is a licensed Syariah lawyer in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Wilayah Persekutuan.

During her practice, she was involved with marriage and divorce matter including matrimonial assets claims and Faraid certification application.

She has 20 years of experience in Islamic Estate Planning. She joined as-Salihin Trustee Berhad in 2004 and was involved in producing manuals for as-Salihin Trustee Berhad. Her job includes product development, consultation in matters of inheritance issues and involves in drafting the legal documents prepared by as-Salihin Trustee Berhad and also administrations of Muslim’s Trust and Estate with properties both in Malaysia and abroad. She also conducts seminars and trainings on Faraid and Islamic Estate Planning.
