Siti Maisharah binti Mohamad serves as the Head of the Legal Department at as-Salihin Trustee Berhad, where she has been employed since 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin and possesses expertise in various areas of law, including the Islamic Law of Property, Islamic Law of Banking & Finance, Probate and Administration of Estates, the Islamic Legal System, Civil and Criminal Law, Public International Law, and Islamic Law of Securities.

In her current position, she leads the department with a focus on providing legal consultation and ensuring robust legal frameworks for the organization. Her responsibilities include drafting and reviewing complex contracts, developing and enhancing company policies, and overseeing the administration of trusts. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in product development and improvement, ensuring compliance with legal standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

Beyond her core duties, she has extensive experience in drafting Islamic Wills and Trusts, administering trusts, and delivering specialized training for Islamic Estate Planners. Her role encompasses not only the management of legal affairs but also strategic contributions to product and policy development, reinforcing her commitment to excellence and innovation in the legal field.
