Siti Aisyah Mohd Nur

Siti Aisyah Mohd Nur is a graduate of Al-Azhar University, Egypt, holding a degree in Islamic Studies with a specialization in Islamic Shariah. With a strong academic background in Shariah, she possesses a solid understanding of Faraid (Islamic inheritance law), Shariah rulings, and the principles of Islamic estate planning and inheritance management.

She began her career in Islamic estate planning and inheritance management with as-Salihin Trustee Berhad in 2022. Since the beginning of her involvement in the industry, she has been actively involved in training, mentoring, and developing agents and Islamic estate planners, particularly in enhancing their understanding of Shariah principles and their practical application in estate planning solutions for clients.

Her expertise in Faraid and Shariah rulings forms the foundation of her efforts to help the community better understand matters relating to inheritance distribution, heirs’ rights, and the importance of lifetime estate planning. Her approach places strong emphasis on educating the public to become more Shariah-literate and to appreciate the importance of structured and Shariah-compliant estate planning that takes into account the needs and well-being of their families.

In her leadership capacity, she currently serves as the Regional Manager for Kelantan & Northern Terengganu, where she is responsible for developing and strengthening the team, mentoring and empowering Islamic estate planners, and expanding public awareness of the importance of Shariah-based estate planning.

Combining her academic background in Shariah from Al-Azhar University, industry experience since 2022, and expertise in Faraid and Shariah rulings, she is committed to bringing an approach grounded in knowledge, integrity, and professionalism in helping individuals and families plan and manage their estates in a more structured manner and in accordance with Shariah principles
