About Us
AS-SALIHIN TRUSTEE BERHAD (200401031859 [670367-D]) is a trust company established on 23 October 2004. The company was incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and registered under the Trust Companies Act 1949, making it one of the earliest Islamic trust companies in Malaysia dedicated to Shariah-compliant estate planning and administration.
The company was founded by the late Allahyarham Tun Mohamed Salleh Abas, former Chief Justice of Malaysia. He realised then that many Muslim estates remained unadministered due to the absence of proper and comprehensive estate planning.
With this awareness, he took the initiative to establish a trust institution that provides complete, professional, and Shariah-compliant estate planning and administration services, ensuring that the wealth of Muslims can be managed in a more systematic and effective manner.
Today, AS-SALIHIN TRUSTEE BERHAD remains committed to:
