HEAD OF BUSINESS SUPPORT DEPARTMENT
Nursyamsinar binti Ab.Latiff holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)(Honours) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia. Her areas of study were Malaysian Legal System, Law of Contract, Islamic Legal System, Family Law, Land Law, Company Law, Islamic Law of Property, Probate and the Law of Succession, Civil and Criminal Law, Public International Law and Criminal & Civil Procedure of Syariah Court.
She started her career as a practising lawyer, specialising in banking litigation, from 2005 to 2009. She joined as-Salihin Trustee Berhad in September 2010 as a Legal Executive in the Estate Administration Department and transferred to the Southern Region office from January 2012 to December 2014. In 2015, she returned to as-Salihin Trustee Berhad’s Head Office and joined the Compliance Department, where she worked until September 2022. Since October 2022, she has been serving as the Head of the Business Support Department.
